The key responsibilities will be as follows:

• Driving recruitment strategy by using various platforms to promote our vacancies

• Liaising with hiring managers / internal and external candidates and agencies where applicable

• Creating adverts and writing job specs

• Scheduling interviews with candidates and managers

• Communicating with candidates, providing feedback and answering questions
